Can I use you for any house I see listed?

Yes, I can sell any home even if its listed with another agent or Broker.

Should I get pre approved first before I look for a home?

Yes, it is better to know what you can buy  and how much before you start your seach.

Are there any upfront cost to list my property with you?

Not for residential unless there is a service you want to obtain that is not within my normal marketing plan. But for commercial there is.

If I am in foreclosure, is it too late to sell my home?

No, until your home is foreclosed you still own it and have the right to sell it at anytime.

Do you work with investors?

Yes, all the time!
